  • I offer psychotherapy sessions via telehealth for individual adults 18-64, located in California at time of session.

  • I do not accept, bill, or communicate/interact with insurance. I am happy to provide a monthly superbill (invoice), which you can submit to your insurance company.

    If you are looking to seek reimbursement from insurance, I would encourage you to contact your insurance carrier prior to beginning care, and request information about your out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits. Please note that submitting a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.

  • At this time, I see clients Tuesday-Friday. I currently have daytime and limited evening availability.

  • It depends on the client! A first therapy session will be a more in-depth exploration of what is bringing you to therapy and what your goals are. Ongoing sessions will include me getting to know you better, supporting you in finding yourself, and developing tools together to help you in getting closer to your goals.

  • I do not write emotional support animal letters.
